What is the Performance Center?

The Performance Center is a new facility for Bellevue PRO Sports Club members on Willows road in Redmond (3 miles North of the Bellevue PRO Sports Club). The facility is dedicated to the idea of “Functional Training” which in essence trains the body for more efficient movement s in any sport or daily activity. The Performance Center will implement the same ideas and methods used by professional athletes in a format accessible to recreational exercisers, everyday athletes or weekend warriors.

What is the goal of the Performance Center?

To help members take their performance to the next level resulting in injury reduction, improved performance in any sport or daily activity, and the ability to enjoy an active lifestyle into the later years of life.

What types of services are offered?

  • Group Fitness – Boot Camp, Sports Conditioning (Winter and Mountain)

  • Personal Training with a Performance Coach

  • Physical Therapy

  • Performance Training

What is Performance Training?

Performance Training is a group of members working with a coach in a group of 4 to 12 individuals. Sessions are 55 minutes and focus on skill development for any sport or daily activity. Performance Training is modeled after the methodology used with professional athletes at the world leader in skill based sport performance enhancement (athletesperformance.com).

Who can take part in programs at the Performance Center?

Anyone can benefit from performance training including; recreational exercisers, everyday athletes or weekend warriors. The programs are fun and challenge your body in new ways.

The only requirements to participate are:

  1. You are a Bellevue PRO Sports Club member, ages 7 to adult.
  2. You are enrolled in a program or taking part in services offered at the Performance Center.
  3. You have completed the Functional Movement Screen and Fundamentals session.

The specialized Energy System Development and Strength & Regeneration Studios are also available for individual workouts while you are enrolled in programs at the center.

What ages can take part in Performance Training?

Ages 7 to 18 who are children of members are allowed to take part in youth programs. Any member 14 and up is allowed to enroll in any Performance Training session once they have completed the Functional Movement Screen and Fundamentals session.

How do I gain access to the Performance Center?

To use the Performance Center, you must be enrolled in an on-going class or program (Personal Training, Group Fitness, Performance Training). On your off days, you have access to the Energy System Development or Strength & Regeneration Studios.

Can I use the Performance Center when I am not taking part in programs or services?

The Strength/Regeneration and Energy System Development areas are open to members enrolled in on-going programs at any time of day. The remainder of the facility is reserved for Group Fitness classes and Performance Training sessions.

How do I get involved in Performance Training?

The first step to taking part in Performance Training is the completion of a Functional Movement Screen and Fundamentals session. Upon completion of this 55 minute educational session, you are free to purchase a package and begin enrolling in Performance Training sessions. Performance Training is offered weekdays beginning at 5:30 am and Saturday beginning at 7:00 am, sessions can be scheduled with a concierge up to 2 weeks in advance.

How much is Performance Training?

Packages are available for Performance Training as follows:

  • 12 sessions = $28 per session

  • 24 sessions = $25 per session

  • 36 sessions =$22 per session

  • Single sessions can be purchase the day of for $32
