Joshua will take you through the basics of training, nutrition, and mental preparation for 26.2 miles of consistent and successful running. Whether you are just considering running a Marathon, or looking to decrease your personal best time, this clinic will give you valuable knowledge and assist you in achieving your goals. Also open to half-marathon runners.
Supported endurance runs take place on the Seattle Marathon course and include directional cones and trainers on bikes to offer energy, food, water, and encouragement throughout your training runs. Also open to half-marathon runners. View PDF Flyer.
