A fun, low-impact, cardio and strength workout for new moms or dads & baby. We recommend babies be carried in a front pack such as Baby Bjorn or Snugli not to exceed size/weight limitation. Prenatal & postpartum members also welcome to attend with or without baby.

Join us on alternate Wednesdays. Step Funk = basic Step meets a little Hip Hop! Guaranteed you’ll smile & break a sweat. Held on weeks 1, 3, and 5.
