Step 101

(55 Minutes) - Bellevue Only

If you would like to add a cardio class into your fitness training, but are new to the step class atmosphere this class will teach you the basics techniques of step aerobics and hi/low impact in order to move you into more advanced classes. View PDF Flyer.

(55 Minutes) - Bellevue Only

Hypnotic musical rhythms fused with exciting moves in a dynamic workout that’s fun and easy to do. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone, sculpt, and energize the whole body.
