APPOINTMENTS: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment and remove any personal items. A service fee may be applied for any additional time required to remove excessive personal items.

CANCELLATIONS:  We request a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance or no shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.

NOTE: All cleaning and detail services are based on vehicles in normal dirty conditions. Vehicles requiring extra time due to heavy soil, pet hair, tree sap, or restoration services may incur additional fees. Rates are subject to change without notice.
